Information you provide directly:

- Information you share in coaching applications, quizzes, or assessments
- Messages you send to us via Instagram, WhatsApp, SMS, email, or our website
- Payment information (processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store card details)
Information collected automatically:
- Instagram username, profile information, and message content when you interact with our Instagram account
- WhatsApp phone number and message content when you message our WhatsApp business number
- Booking information (date, time, time zone) when you schedule a call
- Basic technical data (IP address, device type, browser) when you visit our website
Information from third parties:
- Lead information from advertising platforms (Meta/Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Booking platform data (TidyCal)
- CRM data (Pipedrive)
3. How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiries and messages
- Provide coaching services you have requested
- Schedule and remind you about coaching calls
- Send you relevant information about our services (with your consent)
- Improve our services and customer support
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Automated messaging and AI
We use automated and AI-assisted systems to respond to inbound messages on Instagram, WhatsApp, and SMS. This means:
- Some messages you receive may be drafted or sent by AI systems before being reviewed or sent on our behalf
- Conversation content is stored and used to maintain context across messages
- A human team member may review conversations at any time
- You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting info@alexleon.life
5. Meta, WhatsApp, and Instagram
When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, your information is also processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. according to Meta’s own privacy policies (Facebook and WhatsApp). We use:
- WhatsApp Business Platform / Cloud API — to send and receive WhatsApp messages
- Instagram Graph API and ManyChat — to send and receive Instagram messages
We do not share your information with Meta beyond what is required to deliver messages through these platforms.
6. Third-party service providers
We use the following processors to operate the Service:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — WhatsApp and Instagram messaging
- ManyChat — Instagram messaging automation
- Anthropic — AI message generation (Claude API)
- Supabase — database hosting
- Pipedrive — customer relationship management
- TidyCal — booking management
- Twilio — SMS messaging (where applicable)
- Stripe and other payment processors — payment processing
Each processor handles your data under their own privacy policies and standard contractual safeguards.
7. Data retention
- Active customer data: retained while you are a customer plus 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
- Prospect data (people who inquired but did not become customers): retained for up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised
- Message logs: retained for up to 24 months
- You may request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 9)
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

9. Data deletion
To request deletion of your personal data:
- Send an email to info@alexleon.life with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”
- Include the channel(s) you used to contact us (Instagram handle, WhatsApp number, email address)
- We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email
You can also reply “STOP” or “DELETE” in any WhatsApp or Instagram conversation to opt out of further messaging. To request deletion of conversation history specifically, follow the email process above.
For data we hold via Meta platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp), you may also manage and delete data directly through your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account settings.
10. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encryption at rest for our database, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States and the European Union, where our service providers are located. These transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent legal safeguards.
12. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at info@alexleon.life and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email or through our website.
